1. What documents do I need to rent a car?

UAE Residents: Emirates ID + Valid UAE Driving License+ Passport

Tourists: Passport + Visit Visa + Home Country Driving License (or International Driving Permit)

Note: Driving License validity minimum 1 year

2. Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and returned after all fines, salik, and damages (if any) are cleared. Refunds usually take 21 working days. (Deposit free option available as well at minimal charges)

3. How do I book a car?

Simply choose your car and click Send Enquiry or contact us via call/WhatsApp.

We confirm availability and deliver the car — just one click away.

4. Do you provide delivery and collection?

Yes. We deliver and collect cars anywhere in Dubai and across the UAE. Charges may apply based on rental period.

5. What is included in the rental price?

Our prices include:

  • Comprehensive insurance
  • Scheduled service & maintenance
  • 24/7 roadside assistance
  • Daily/weekly/monthly mileage limits (Depending on plan)

6. What is not included in the rental price?

  • Tolls (Salik/Darb)
  • Traffic fines
  • Fuel
  • Parking fees
  • Additional insurance (CDW- Collision Damage Waiver)

7. Can I rent a car without a credit card?

Yes, debit cards and cash deposits are accepted (as per company policy).

8. What if I exceed the mileage?

Extra mileage charges apply based on the car category. The rate is shown in your agreement.

9. Can I add an additional driver?

Yes. Additional driver can be added at AED 25/-(Must provide valid documents).

10. Do you offer monthly and long-term rentals?

Absolutely. We have flexible monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans with special pricing.

11. What happens in case of an accident?

Call the police immediately and obtain a police report.

Submit the report to us — and we will handle the rest.

12. Are your cars insured?

Yes. All cars come with comprehensive insurance. Full insurance or zero-excess options are available on request.

13. Can I choose a specific car model?

Yes. At Quikselect, we work based on your preferences.

14. What is your age requirement?

Minimum age is 25 years.

15. Countries Eligible to Drive in the UAE Without an International Driving Permit (IDP)

A. Which countries' driving licences are accepted in the UAE without an International Driving Permit (IDP)?

Visitors from specific countries can legally drive in the UAE using their home-country driving licence, without needing an International Driving Permit.

This applies to tourists and short-term visitors only.

GCC Countries (IDP Not Required):
